Because after almost 20 years selling farms for sale in Central Virginia I have driven over 500,000 miles and there’s nothing worse than driving one hour to a remote area of Virginia only to find a trailer park or high-tension powerline going through the property. So please leave it up to me to pull the rabbit out of the hat. I basically know what you want and I am determined to find it. It took one client five years to find them the right farm. The Central Virginia farms we show are mostly located in Albemarle, Amelia, Amherst, Appomattox, Augusta, Bath, Bedford, Buckingham, Charlotte, Culpeper, Cumberland, Fauquier, Fluvanna, Goochland, Gloucester, Highland, Louisa, Madison, Orange, Page, Powhatan, Rappahannock, Rockbridge, Rockingham Counties (Charlottesville, Lexington, and Warrenton Virginia are cities).
